There are seven valleys that make up the wine routes of Baja California, but those located in the center, right where the Valley of Guadalupe is, are the ones that concentrate  most wine: they are more than a hundred, of different sizes, and offer a great variety of wines as well as other products and services.

Monte Xanic, Vinicola Winery

Among the mountains and the Pacific Ocean is Monte Xanic, a vineyard whose name comes from the indigenous Cora language and means “the flower that springs up after the first rain”

This winery reflects the home of the Monte Xanic family, who daily work the fields and take care of the winemaking processes. It is the materialization of the work and the passion for making the best Mexican wine, through respect for the wine tradition and the use of cutting-edge technology. This place has become the new icon of the Ruta del Valle in a short time. It offers a wide range of services and wine products in one place, set in roofed areas with a free view of the vineyards. In the kitchen there are roast pigs, lamb round , roasted meats and pizzas made with wood; in addition to an Oyster Bar with fresh products from the region, all supervised by the renowned Chef Mario Peralta.

Vinícola Torres Alegre is the consummation of this personal and family dream that aims to develop the best boutique wine, both for its taste and for the quality registered in each phase of the production process. Winner of international awards for wines made for renowned Mexican homes, Victor Torres heads this family project, whose annual production is around 3,500 cases of wine and where each member plays a decisive role.
