Moscow
The capital of the Russian Republic, Moscow, a city surrounded by hills that surround the city where exquisite monuments, parks and residential areas with beautiful gardens are mixed with an exquisite taste. Surrounded by the Moscova River, the city is dotted with numerous navigable canals and rivers that connect it with other areas of the country connecting with the Baltic, Black, White, Azov and Caspian.
San Petersburg
Moscow carries with the history of Russia, but, without doubt, Saint Petersburg is the most interesting destiny for tourists in this great country. It´s Young population, increasing cultural Outlook and relaxed atmosphere gives the city a unique light. A lot of writers, thinkers, travelers and scientists wished to discover the mystery of the incredible atraction to this city, it´s distinctive originality and it´s capacity to conquer the human heart. Saint Petersburg recieved lots of qualifiers but non of them can transmit the peculiarities of this great city.
Sergiev Posad
Located about 70 kilometers northeast of Moscow, and with a population close to 100,000 habitants, Sergiev Posad is known for housing the Trinity Monastery and St. Sergius, one of the most important spiritual centers of the Russian Orthodox Church, which thanks its architecture, temples and works of art was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1993.
Vladimir
City founded in 1108, famous for its churches and the Golden Gate, emblematic monument of the city. The Church of Pokrov, the Cathedral of the Assumption and the Church of San Demetrio stand out. The city is home to a museum of history and religious antiquities, an art gallery and a teacher training school. It is of interest to visit the glass museum and lacquer miniature.
Bogolyubovo
It is a village in the Vladimir Oblast, 13 km east of Vladimir. Bogolyubovo is a generally recognized part of the Golden Ring and preserves the best stone targets of the monuments of the 12th century. This historic city is characterized by its many medieval churches in a good state of preservation. Such is the case of the Church of the Intercession of the Nerlm which is probably the most harmonious and complete church of Russian architecture.
Kostrama
Kostroma is a large river port, a center of light industry and a quiet place on the banks of the Volga. Life is calm and nothing to emphasize, apart from the factories, although there is always time for festivals, people to meet and new environments to enjoy. The closed and distant character of its habitants surprises at first, but little by little this sensation changes.
Pereslavl-Zalessky
The city of Pereslavl-Zalessky, located in the center of Russia and founded in 1152 by Prince Yuri Dolgoruky, looks more like a town, with its small houses surrounded by beautiful gardens full of flowers. It is located 140 km northeast of Moscow One of the most picturesque attractions of the city is Ribatskaya Sloboda, a settlement of former fishermen. With their boats painted on the water and their boat houses, this scene captures the attention of the artists, who call the city “The Russian Venice”.
